Chocolate raspberry cake

1. 1Mix one package of LQ Chocolate Muffin Mix according to the instructions on the package.
2. 2Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool completely.
3. 3Mix 13 g powdered sugar with 200 g Lindahls raspberry & chocolate quark (outside Sweden, use a raspberry-flavored quark).
4. 4Slice the cake in half and fill it with the quark mixture. Enjoy
